| 2. Can you matte and frame my print for me? |
This option is currently not available through the web site, but check here again, as it will soon be available. You may, however, contact us directly for framing options and pricing. |
| 3. What are my shipping options? |
Shipping charges for your order range from $4.95 for an item under $10.00 up to $14.95 for order up to $200.00. Prices include packaging, handling and insurance costs. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your print to arrive via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We ship all orders within 5 days (but often sooner). If you need overnight delivery or 3-day delivery, please contact us. We are happy to help and we try to accomodate your needs. |
| 4. What is your return policy? |
| We understand that ordering art without
first seeing and touching it can be difficult, but we are so sure of the
quality of our prints that this is our return policy:
Prints may be returned for full refund within 30 days of shipping date. If a return should be necessary please contact us to make your credit card adjustment and receive refund instructions. (Shipping/insurance fees will not be refunded). |
| 5. Will the print I order look as a good as it does on the web site? |
| Every attempt is made to ensure that our
web site graphics faithfully and accurately represent the prints. You should
be aware, however, that the various monitors and operating systems display
colors differently. In addition, the site graphics are optimized by
degrading quality slightly in order to improve download time.
Thus, you may be assured that your print will actually look even better than the online representation. |
| 6. What about online security and privacy ? |
We ask customers to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name and address, credit-card information, and E-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order, or communicating with the customer or supplier about the status of an order. We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. | 7. Are these prints limited edition and signed/numbered? |
Yes, except as noted for one or two prints, these prints are all hand-signed and numbered (S/N) from a limited edition print run. You may also request a dedication to a person or persons by the artist on your print (add your request under "Special Instructions" when placing your order.) |
| 8. Tell me more about Paypal. |

| 9. What does "Low Inventory" mean? |
Our supply of that print is nearly sold out, generally within the last 10 per cent or less of the run. Availability may now be, or will soon be, on the secondary market only. Price will increase as supply dwindles. |
| 10. What is a Giclee print? |
"A giclee (pronounced zhe-clay) refers to both a category of collectible fine art similar to lithographs and serigraphs, as well as, a type of digitally created fine art print. Not any digital print is a giclee however, only digital prints that are created on special high resolution printers utilizing archival inks, media and strict printmaking standards. Giclee's are laboratory rated to provide several decades, if not a century or more of lasting print quality. Giclee fine art reproductions are recognized as the next best thing to owning original artwork and they can be found on display in the world's finest museums and art galleries." |
| 11. How long does it take for Ron to create an original ? |
Creating an original oil painting is quite a process. It is normally approximately a 600 to 700 hour job. |
